I didn't buy my car at Toyota of Corvallis, but now I wish I did! My very first experience with the Service Department for Toyota of Corvallis started a few days ago. I was happy I could make a service a wish I did! My very first experience with the Service Department for Toyota of Corvallis started a few days ago. I was happy I could make a service appointment for my Lexus online. I felt confident the appointment was made when the sent me a confirmation with a calendar link. I got a courtesy reminder text the day before, also. Upon arrival, I was pleased they made it clear for me to see from the street where to turn in for the Service Department. The Service Cathedral was cavernous and impressively clean! I was immediately greeted by Alex Depaz who took good care of me, ownership of my service experience and kept me informed as things progressed. Alex listened to me and I felt he understood me and my situation. Alex ushered me to the customer waiting area and pointed out the amenities. The bathrooms were very inviting, clean, orderly and well stocked. Complimentary Wi-Fi paired right away with my Laptop. The chairs were comfy and a large screen TV was on with low volume, but loud enough to listen to, or ignore, if preferred. Alex De Paz brought to my attention some extra details about my car's service visit - I appreciate this attention to detail. The work was performed in a timely manner, the Cashier was perky and friendly. To my surprise, my car was not only serviced, repaired and tested, but it was also washed and vacuumed! I really feel that Toyota of Corvallis wanted my business and appreciated me as a customer. I will feel very comfortable buying my next car from Toyota of Corvallis. My In-Laws recommended Toyota of Corvallis to me and now I know why! Great job Toyota of Corvallis - you really hit this one out of the park! You've exceeded my expectations and earned my business! This dealership always does good work and seemed very efficient. The wait is made very comfortable with options for work stations or comfortable tv viewing. All the people are professional and kind.
