We had done our research online about the different models and options, so we pretty much knew what we wanted/needed. So, we began our inquiry with their online support folks while on vacation in Montana. We scheduled a morning visit with Christian Hopkins, their sales representative for 8:30 and drove out with our new car before 10:00. Christian Hopkins was very professional and collected our information efficiently, gave us an abbreviated tour of the dealership (we didn't need the full meal deal because we were already service customers with our previous car), and a very informative orientation to the vehicle. The dealer finance manager was also very polite and efficient. More
