We then our having to wait over a week to get the part and then pay another hundred dollars to put in the new cigarette lighter. Would have preferred them ordering part and replacing it without paying the extra hundred dollars. More

Went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us to included staying late and coming in on her day off making sure all of our needs are met. Julia is an example of what customer service is!
