They told me I could not get in to that truck. I left TOD after working with them for 3 days and went to Toyota of Grapevine who got me in that truck I wanted. Cody Freeman has called me a liar because he does not believe me when I told him I could not come to him and sign paper because my mother was ill which was completely the truth. Bottom line is they are pissed because I bought from TOG instead of them and they are trying to keep my down payment. Sarah Mann is just as bad as Cody, she lied to Toyota Corp. saying she would give me my refund - this is no lady,. don't be scammed by her too. All of you having trouble should take down these numbers and call them ASAP Toyota Corp 800-331-4331 and file a claim against TOD DMV Dealer enforcement 888-368-4689 and file a claim against TOD and the Sales manager you dealt with. Most were unwilling deal with me and many were down right rude. I was looking a base model for work truck and felt like they wern,t interested because I wasn,t buying a 30,000 to 40,000 dallar truck. Ididn,t understand this since I was paying cash! Toyota of dallas were very polite, willing to deal, and came right out and told me thier bottom dallar. I have bought many new cars and this is the first time I,ve every had a good experience at a car dealership. The first time didn,t fell sick after buying a new car. Didn,t have too wait a few day like most deals to enjoy the new truck. My saleman, Thomas Stauts, was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. This is my first review I,ve ever done that how impressed I was. Highly recommed. More

They failed to get all the information they needed from the car I purchased even after I was there two times, so then they wanted me to come back for a third time. Since it was their fault, I asked that they come to me. Next thing I know I am receiving emails and phone calls at work and at home in which Dustin threatened me! He actually said he was going to call the police and report the car as stolen unless I brought it back in for them within 24 hours. I have never been treated so badly by any company. Everyone I talked to was rude, overbearing and obnoxious except for Mr. Flores. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. More

I chose Toyota of Dallas for getting my car fixed because they deal with my insurance, and they seemed to be a serious, trustworthy dealer. they indeed dealt very well with my insurance and fixed the car fas they deal with my insurance, and they seemed to be a serious, trustworthy dealer. they indeed dealt very well with my insurance and fixed the car faster than expected. However, I wouldn't recommend Toyota of Dallas to anyone as long as there are other options to fix your car because the quality of work was extremely poor. Some parts needed replacement and they were replaced. Anyone can do that. To be honest, Toyota of Dallas also replaced other components that they found to be affected by the accident and I appreciate that. Other parts that had dents needed fixing and they indeed removed the dents. So the shape of those parts is again as the original. From a functional point of view, the car was fixed the right way. But the process of fixing the dents involves using that plasture material that is white once it is applied and it dries out. I have few friends who work in this area and they all told me that any such work close to other removable parts of the car should start with removing those parts. Toyota of Dallas never did that. I found that white material, and not just a little but significant amounts, between the metallic part of the car and my stoplights. I found it in few other places too. I found little scratches (superficial but still, scratches) on the right back door. I found some yellow marks on the roof and in few places and I'm still trying to remove them after 3-4 washes. Basically, the fixing was clearly done on a rush and with complete disregard for the interest of the client. If nothing else, a new car should have no scratches, not even the superficial ones that show up very clearly on a dark colored car that was treated with that expensive polish treatment they sell. Personally, I am very disappointed. More

He lied to my husband from the begin...nothing but pooh comes out of his mouth and he seems arrogant. They photo shop their pictures. Albert sent my husband some pictures of the truck a week before we went to go look at it. There were some spots on the truck that we were worried about but Albert told us they hadn't cleaned the truck yet...blah, blah, blah. So, when we were finally ready to take a trip to Dallas to check out the truck we called Albert to see if we could start dealing. Albert said that they were sending the truck back to auction because they found a issue with the truck and explained it to my husband. My husband has worked on cars all his life and we have family members and friends that are automatics and one friend specializes in Ford. We thought we could handle fixing it if we got the truck for the right price. To help decide if we were going to Dallas we looked at the truck on http://cars.com and it had different pictures on the there and the truck looked clean and some of the spots we were worried about were gone so we decided to go. When we saw the truck we quickly realized the pictures were photo shopped because the truck was dirty again and that spot we thought was tar that got washed away was actually chipped paint with tiny bits of metal missing from the body of truck behind the back wheel. Kind of odd they suddenly reappeared. When we finally meet Albert in person he told a lie immediately saying the truck had new tires...the truck clearly needed tires. We caught him a other lies as well. Albert had another used car salesperson named George(who was very nice...doesn't belong at this dealership) to drive with my husband. During the test drive Albert didn't nothing. While I was waiting on their dirty sofa that was falling apart I heard the man over the used car department cussing and yelling at someone on the phone...I was shocked...he was truly ugly and proud of it. When the test drive was over my husband found more issues with the truck that weren't exactly cheap to fix so figuring what it would cost to fix those things we came up with a price. Albert didn't want to budge off the price because everyone shops online now so they price to sell. And also added to the price of the truck they have a fee for Texas inspection sticker(we live in LA didn't need one and the one on the truck hadn't expired yet, a detailing fee and a fee to pay the loan officers and etc. Fees totaled around $500 but he said it's normally like $700-800 but since we were paying cash it would probably be cheaper. What a joke. We were ready to leave then. Albert told us that he could not sale the truck for any less because they can just get there money back at auction...I seriously doubt that. Trade in value for that truck in it's rough condition was $3000-4,000. This dealership prays on dumb people. I couldn't believe that Albert thought we should pay full price for a truck that had at least $1000 in repairs and that was just parts not including labor. Wish I read the reviews on here before driving the 4 hours. But we did take our daughter to the Dallas Zoo afterward...NOW I RECOMMEND THAT PLACE...great zoo!! More

The sales person came out with the price with OPTIONS automatically added to the pricing and I asked him what it was and he had no clue what those OPTIONS are when I asked him to explain what they are. Then the manager name, Richard Alverado, came out and lean back on the salesperson's chair like he's some big boss with the rudest attitude of any sales person/manager I have dealt with in my entire life. He tries to do one of the most uneducated analogy that I haven't heard before that If I give his girlfriend's nails service at a discount rate as he can't seem to afford nails service for his costly girlfriend's nails service. Thus saying that I can't ask for any price off his car??? I must have been living in a cave since I wasn't aware that I can't negotiate for pricing when I buy a car!!! He knows that we own nails salon from our credit check. He tries to push toward financing and how much monthly payment we want to meet at but we wanted cash price so we can pay and get out. But we couldn't come into an agreement and left. I called the salesperson back and ask him if we could put down $15K and $150/month for 60 months, and he went to talk to his manager and said "let's do it!" We couldn't come in right away so we schedule to see him the next day. We arrived and he brings out his financing terms. Guess what????!!!!!! $240/month for 72 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We drove for 1 hour on the agreement that it was $150/month for 60 months with $15K down!!!!!!I I got so furious the not only the salesperson lied to us to get us in the dealership and now trying to up sell us with their financing terms. Then the finance manager came out and talked to us that he can't do what the salesperson agreed over the phone due to my cousin's credit, not that they didn't run it the day before! We wanted the car and agreed to asking price and thus ask him to run different finance options for us. There was another person looking at the car during this time. The finance manager went back to run the options, it's about 30 minutes and we don't see him. Then another 15 minutes, the salesperson came out and said the car is SOLD!!!!!!!!! We were in total shock and can't believe that we wasted almost 2 days to deal with these people and the car is sold after we agreed to selling price!!!!!! Please please people do not go to this dealership!!! Their business ethic is what makes the term "used car salesman" scary!!!! I have dealt with many dealerships in the DFW and this definitely the worst you can imagine! STAY AWAY STAY AWAY!! More
