Not the best experience. I worked with Nico and he was very responsive through text. He sent me a video of the car I was interested in and I felt like that was great. When we got to the dealership however, we were not even showing the car at first. We were at a desk talking numbers, prices, trade-in, and financing. We didn’t even know if we wanted to purchase the car or not. Not the way to make a sale. Then, after we saw the vehicle, he brought out the price sheet and it had a $5000 mark up from the advertised price for ‘reconditioning’. After negotiating we did end up purchasing the vehicle. It needed a repair done, and it was done correctly. My only other complaint would be that there was not a way for me to borrow a vehicle for the time it spent in the shop. Pretty hard with a small child that I have to take around. Unless this is the absolute perfect car and there’s no other one like it in the area for sale, I would go somewhere else. More
