Deceptive games and zero respect for people’s time. I’m beyond frustrated. After we couldn't agree on a price in person, a salesman called me back the next day and agreed to a deal. I told them I wo I’m beyond frustrated. After we couldn't agree on a price in person, a salesman called me back the next day and agreed to a deal. I told them I work and live 90 minutes away, so I wasn't coming back unless I had a written confirmation from the manager. They sent it, so I left work immediately and made the drive. As soon as I walked in? "Sorry, the car just sold." A three-hour round trip for nothing. When I brought up the fact that I had their own written agreement in my hand, the sales leadership was incredibly disrespectful. No apology, no empathy, just total arrogance. It’s a classic bait-and-switch just to get you through the door. If this is how they treat people before they even get your money, stay far away. They clearly don't care about their word or your time. More
