Salesman don't care about customers and are only looking to make themselves money. My wife and I called up to ask about availability of a vehicle only to arrive and find it had already been sold. We left wi to make themselves money. My wife and I called up to ask about availability of a vehicle only to arrive and find it had already been sold. We left with a more expensive vehicle but had to sit for over 4 hours to get through the process... Jaymes was our salesman and Sean was our finance guy and both showed very little connection/compassion for our needs. Sean tried selling us the premium warranty package and we felt very disrespected because he would not acknowledge us not wanting the warranty. The whole experience was too long and extremely frustrating. More
