Could not wait to get out of the Showroom. Your Trainer needs to be fired. He was so loud everyone in the building could hear him and almost every other word was filthy, crude, or a swear word that none of needs to be fired. He was so loud everyone in the building could hear him and almost every other word was filthy, crude, or a swear word that none of the young recruits so have to listen to. I will not be back. I hope Ted Nugyen moves to another Toyota Dealership so I can continue to buy from him More

You guys are terrible. Your service center people will let you sit there for an hour with no explanation. You sold me a car way above market price and with a predatory lending company without properly exp let you sit there for an hour with no explanation. You sold me a car way above market price and with a predatory lending company without properly explaining to me the loan. You still owe me a second key for my car and 3 times i have tried to get it, either the guy who does the key was not there, or he was there and didnt have the necessary components to give me a key. You guys are all terrible. Avoid this place, dont buy a car from here. Update July 16 2020: Came in to get my second key again, customers had to sit by and listen to ur sales meeting at 12:11pm ... shouldnt you guys do that when theres no one in the store waiting for service? I asked where to get my second key and the guy goes “walk outside to that white van thats the key guy” what kind of unprofessionalism.. seriously. Now because i had to wait through that nonsense team TOD morning points speech im going to be late for my service. When I told the manager that the service is terrible, he threatened to cancel the key cutting unless i “go sit patiently” what disgusting move. You could have gotten another car out of me, maybe a trade in to something else, but you guys have failed at every opportunity. You guys are the worst and i will never recommend you to anyone that wants a car. I am doing my best to sell this ripoff you guys sold me and literally hope i never have to deal with you again. More

BIGGEST SCAM EVER RUN as far as you can from Toyota of Dallas!!! They will SCAM you and feel no remorse. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely RUN as far as you can from Toyota of Dallas!!! They will SCAM you and feel no remorse. If I could give this establishment zero stars, I absolutely would. I previously had a lease with Toyota of Plano (even prior to them moving over to the new location) and was well taken care of by them. Come March, I had been receiving offer letters from Toyota of Plano to trade-in my lease early to either lease or purchase a new vehicle. When the pandemic hit, I started researching which dealership had a RAV4 with the specs I was looking for. Unfortunately, Toyota of Plano didn't carry anything close to what I was needing at that time, but Toyota of Dallas did. I reached out online requesting info re: the vehicle I was interested in. Enter Jose Morales, the absolute worst car salesman I think anyone could possibly deal with in the history of car salesmen. I communicated the purchasing terms I was comfortable with. I made it clear that I had a great lease payment on my prior RAV4 and that I was not looking to go much higher - I stated what I was able to offer in terms of money down, how many months of financing, and the price I wanted to pay. He said, "Sounds like a deal let me know when you are ready to come in." I stressed that if they were not able to make these terms work to please not waste my time coming in at the start of a pandemic - Dan Stewart, the manager, assured me they were not. The quotes I initially received from Jose were WILDLY higher than the terms we had discussed for purchasing. $200-300/month higher. I became angry and stated I had made clear what I was willing to spend under what terms, and that what he was presenting me looked nothing like that. He sent out another man to continue to try to haggle with me. Then, they began talking about leasing a vehicle rather than purchasing, which made me even more angry as I made it clear I was looking to purchase. Even the lease quotes they presented weren't close to the original numbers we discussed. I stood up, and quite bluntly I yelled at this guy to let Jose Morales know he wasted my time which I SPECIFICALLY asked him not to do. I angrily returned to my car and was ready to go, but Perry Willis was able to convince me to lease vs. purchase, and he got payments down. Throughout the entire experience that evening, I made it VERY clear that I was there to TRADE-IN my old RAV4 lease (which had 5 payments remaining) for the new RAV4. I asked several times how that would work with ending the lease with Toyota of Plano, covering the remaining payments, etc. and both Perry and Jose assured me that would be taken care of. We discussed the notices I had been receiving from Toyota of Plano regarding trade-in options and offers when negotiating my lease payments, and I made it clear I was wanting to honor what Toyota of Plano had offered for a TRADE-IN. Why would I walk into a Toyota dealership with an old lease, think to myself, "Let me start a new lease and pay for BOTH cars for the next five months!" I fully expected that this was a TRADE-IN. So I will say shame on me for being an idiot myself - by the time I went to sign papers for the new lease with finance, I had been there nearly 4 hours and was ready to get out. I signed everything, and that was that. A couple of months later, I received a billing statement from Toyota Financial for my end-of-lease, charging me for some front-end for the five remaining lease payments on the old RAV4. I was floored that I was receiving a bill for payments that I had understood Toyota of Dallas would cover. I spent the entire month of June calling Toyota of Dallas and leaving messages with employees, leaving voicemails, and ONE time I was able to talk with Dan Stewart. I finally went in person to discuss the matter not once, but twice, this week. Long story not short, Dan Stewart and Jose Morales basically gave me a big, "F you," as I was not smart enough to check the paperwork re: trade-in. I stressed that Jose knew I was there to trade-in my vehicle and that he SCAMMED me by not processing and running the proper paperwork to do so. All he could do was look at the floor and state he could not remember. Just the day prior, Perry Willis remembered me, stated he thought I was trading-in and those payments should be covered, and when I asked whether Jose was trying to scam me or was just an idiot, he replied, "Probably just an idiot." BIGGEST SCAM of my life - downright SHADY business practice, and I would never take my business to them again. Jose Morales and Dan Stewart are the most disgusting human beings one could possibly deal with, and I don't know how they sleep at night knowing they straight up scammed someone out of nearly $2,000. Again, shame on me and this is a learning lesson, but what shameful and classless business practice. Drive the extra 30 minutes to Toyota of Plano, where they will take care of you. Side note: nobody in this business knows how to wear/properly wear a mask four months into a pandemic. More
