Wow. Great experience with sales and finance. Dealt with Derek over the phone to negotiate a lease deal on a 2020 Highlander XLE and got a GREAT deal. Derek was diligent in working numbers and even beat out another offer when the other dealer said it couldn’t be done. He followed up on every request we were looking for and was STRAIGHT UP about what was workable and what was not. I feel that as long as you are straight up with him about financials and realistic about the car you want then Derek is the guy at Dallas Toyota. Thank for the new car! More

Could not wait to get out of the Showroom. Your Trainer needs to be fired. He was so loud everyone in the building could hear him and almost every other word was filthy, crude, or a swear word that none of needs to be fired.
