Just wanted an oil change I just moved here from out of state and I found this dealer since it's close to work. I brought in my vehicle to just get an oil change and get a brac I just moved here from out of state and I found this dealer since it's close to work. I brought in my vehicle to just get an oil change and get a bracket for the front license plate (I came from a state where you didn't need a front one). I told them before I got there I needed to be at work by 8am, which is why I was scheduled for a 730 appointment. I pulled in and no one there knew what they were doing, I was never given a name, or direction of who to speak with. The man who ended up helping me couldn't figure out how to get my info in the system and when I said I still had one more free oil change though Toyota, he didn't know where to find that information, or what it was. I gave him my binder of all the work I have ever gotten on the car and found the paper with the info on it. At this point it is 755. I told him multiple times I needed a shuttle and I already signed in for it right when I got there. He said oh they are pulling up to get you now. Well, now I'm already 15 minutes late for work. It then took 4 hours for them to change my oil and it was apparently because they went out of there way to find all of the most ridiculous things they could that might possibly be wrong with my 2016 car (I just got it completely serviced and updated 1 month prior). This laundry list of bullcrap totaled $1100 and for them to put the bracket on the front bumper it was another $100. I told them not to do ANYTHING but the oil change. The shuttle drivers were really sweet, but I don't know why anyone would trust this dealership with their vehicle. I ended up calling my previous mechanic to ask about the laundry list of bullcrap and I was told it was a way they make commission on top of their pay. So, I'm never taking my vehicle to a place that benefits from taking advantage of people. That it truly sick. What a terrible way of doing business. More

Worst dealership ever!! Going to this dealership is the worst experience of my life. If i had the option, i would give them negative stars. All they do is lie to their customers and behave rudely. They wasted my 3 days , the manager was so rude and sarcastic and now they don’t want to give my money back. I put $800 on a car and realized that they charged us way more than other dealerships. I hadn’t taken the car home yet nor, finalized the process. The next day, i called and said i want to back out and even went to the dealership. They kept changing the deal and tried to charge me more money. When I asked for my refund, they said I won’t get any refund. They spoke so rudely and slammed the door in front of us and even threated us. I have never met such rude, lying crooked people in my life. I am never going to this dealership again and I want my money back! I will take actions against them and file a complaint with Texas Attorney General over false sales practices violating customer protection laws. More

Very disappointing I traded in my vehicle last week. My Toyota rep was Ari Prado. The entire process took 7 hours. Poor Ari had no explanation on why it was taking I traded in my vehicle last week. Each time he would go back to the service area and come back with a blanket statement - "It shouldn't take too much longer." Upon arrival at home, I had some issues with the trade-in. I attempted to contact Ari Prado every day for three days. He has ignored all my attempts. The poor kid has a long way to go. He is far from a professional. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with Ari Prado. More
