I wasn’t in the market for a new car, but Daniel KOECH from your new car sales contacted me and told me about year-end close out specials and peaked my interest enough to make an appointment and come see him. He was extremely helpful in finding the car exactly like I wanted and with Sandy‘s help came up with a Number that I could live with, so I purchased a 2019 Highlander Limited. Also in the finance department I was treated very professionally and great courtesy. Also another reason is I’ve gotten nothing but excellent service from Russell Firth, and your maintenance department , And I look forward to working with him going forward with keeping my Highlander and running smoothly. We test drove vehicles at Toyota of Grapevine and told them we were considering Toyota of Dallas and they warned us not to trust them. Even other car dealers know how dishonest and cutthroat this dealer is. Against our better judgment we still went because the deal was really good. But with anything there are always strings attached. So a word of caution - I highly recommend you not do business with them. If you do you will regret it. More
