I’m sorry, I hate to be so blunt but I was a suckered, lies straight to my face and then accused of not being a smart buyer by the manager of this place. I’m not going to go into details but all I can hope for is that at least 1 person reads this and decides NOT to even look there. If you do find a car you cant live without than at least be smart enough to do your own financing elsewhere. OMG! This is a scammers heaven. I felt like I was taken advantage but a used car salesman wearing a plaid sport coat, smoking a cigar. It was that bad. I still can’t wash that sleaze ball off of me after I bought the car over a month ago. I’m still kicking myself in the butt for buy there. There car is great but everything else about the experience was a nightmare. Do yourself a solid. Just keep driving. I don’t wish anyone bad things but I hope all their lying and deception catch up to them and out the dealership out of business. I’m giving only 1 star because there is not an option for a negative star. I’m that serious. Good luck on car shopping and stay AWAY from this SHIT HOLE. To top it all off, I made the purchase on December 1st of 2018 and I yet to have received my plates or registration. That’s right. Toyota of Dallas sold me a vehicle with No Title. Now, I’m no attorney, but everything I’ve read states that selling a vehicle w/o a title is ILLEGAL! We will see what my attorney has to say about that. More
