How not to get ripped off! HERES HOW NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! Got a quote on my car, took my car in to get work done, service advisor called me and told me the price whilst I HERES HOW NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF!!!! Got a quote on my car, took my car in to get work done, service advisor called me and told me the price whilst I was out running errands, it was $100 over what they had quoted me on the phone prior to bringing my car in, so I told her I would pick it up shortly. Went inside the dealership called the service advisor saw which one picked up the phone and asked them to give me a quote, it was $100 cheaper. So when I went to pay I told the cashier to bring my service advisor who had helped me, told her why are you CHARGING ME $100 EXTRA and pointed out which advisor I had spoke with go check your price, she draw a blank and went to see him, she came back and LOWERED THE PRICE OF THE PARTS but had the audacity to charge $8 extra from what he had told me. HERES HOW NOT TO GET RIPPED OFF, TAKE THE NAME OF THE ADVISOR YOU SPOKE WITH AND THE PRICE just in case they try to charge their own personal fee. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN WOULD RATHER GO TO TOYOTA OF ROCKWALL OR GRAPEVINE where they honor their prices. More

Not keeping the word what promised even in writing Don’t waste your precious time and money go to a different dealer. I bought many cars before and I had to say the way I was treated at Toyota Dall Don’t waste your precious time and money go to a different dealer. I bought many cars before and I had to say the way I was treated at Toyota Dallas left me stressful for next 3 days. I will never in my life do business there or recommend to anyone. Knowing how nagotiating can be fraustraring for the passed few cars, I would deal with dealers on what I want and the price out the door. That way I can save myself headache and time. Looking for 2019 Highlander, Toyota of Dallas was going to beat the price of my local dealer by $1,800. I asked for 2019 blizzard white, black interior, with running boards, all weather mats, apr between .9-2.99, and trade in for my vehicle 12,500 and the price out the door 29,500. The salesman and the manager Sayed, told me over the phone and in writing that come over you got the deal for $29,900 out the door. I hired a babysitter and went straight from work, drove 2.5 hours and got there at 6:20 pm, I got out of the dealer nearly at 12:00 am, it shouldn’t take that long to negotiate, especially when I started negotiating in the morning. From the very first bat manager Sayed came out and told me right away that no I can’t do this deal, blah blah blah blaming that the sales person was new and didn’t know what he was doing, even though the salesman said everything he did was approved by a manager. After that the lies started, how that car had extra things , which it was the very basic highlander Le, 4 cyl. After long and horrible multiple talks, when I was telling them you wrote in writing the out the door price. I was shaken from stress twice, that’s not how buying a car should be, I was lied over and over, so I got tired and started walking away, and I do regret it that I didn’t walked faster and further from the experience I had. At the end of the day I didn’t get the out the door price, no all weather mats, nowhere near the apr I wanted, even though our local dealer gave me much better apr and the rebate on the highlander, after arguing many times I was given a running board, but with no installation. Finiancial guy name Benjamin did not give me a single smile while doing the paper work, not that I care, he made me sign documents from my trade in title without showing the numbers, he didn’t explain any documents, I had to ask him to explain to me and he used a fear card that my car would literally break down as soon as I drive out and it wouldn’t be covered by the manufacture if I wouldn’t get extended warranties, in my eyes that I horrible approche on selling he vehicle or warranties. I will never ever come back and do business at this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone. P.S. I regret not reading reviews before coming down because many people especially females wrote exactly what I experienced! That’s some shady tack ticks Toyota of Dallas uses. Yuck! Anna Gaudin More

Even drove a hour to meet us to pick up title for our trade in so we wouldn’t have to wait or make a extra trip back . They gave us $5000 more on our trade and sold us our new Sequoia $1,000. Cheaper that our local dealer ship that we’ve done all our business for the last 15 years. I consider myself to be a loyal customer but $6,000 is $6,000 sometimes it’s good to check to see if your loyalty is being returned. More

I found a lovely used Jeep at this dealership Here is my experience from a woman's point of view: I was VERY disappointed in my experience yesterday. I found a lovely used Jeep at this dealership that is exactly what my 16 yo son was looking for. I went to the dealership and it was exactly what he wanted. I was using a substantial down payment for this purchase. I went through the negotiations and was quoted two different interest rates after pulling my credit. One for if I purchased the car with the $2000+ warranty and one with a 2% increase if I didn't purchase the warranty. When I asked why, the salesman said that lender feels more comfortable lending if they know the car is being taken care of and that you are less likely to default on the loan. I know this to be untrue. They may have been banking on the fact that they thought I was an uneducated consumer, however I do believe that these sales tactics are illegal and I will be researching this more by contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. After telling the sales manager that I found his tactic unethical and potentially illegal and that I would be using outside financing, he tried to charge me a couple hundred dollar fee to do that. I refused to pay the fee, to which he finally agreed. I did buy the car because it was the exact one we have been looking for for months, however I would NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealership and have even thought about returning the one I purchased solely because I don't believe in supporting organizations that think they can do this to people, especially women. It breaks my heart that this has probably worked on someone before. I will be continuing to spread the word about this dealerships tactics solely to warn others so they don't fall victim to these unethical and potentially illegal methods. As an update: I received a call demanding my solicited review be removed from google or they would terminate the purchase (it wasn't fully completed at the time of the review due to above mentioned outside financing even though it was going to be funded within 24 hours of paperwork) even though they had my $9,000 down payment. I refused to take it down.....not getting the car! More
