The team was awesome and they put extra efforts to show you multiple vehicles, spend time in giving information on every one of them, take time to go on a test ride with you. I have never seen any dealership that can spend so much time and give so much attention to the customers. I'm very happy that we went to this dealership and got our desired car. Thanks to Zoubi, Hector and Yazan. I would highly recommend talking to these guys to every Toyota fan when they decide to buy something or even think about buying. Good job Toyota at Dallas Team, Keep it up. I wish you get more business compared to other competitors. This dealership considers customer on top of the business and values their opinion providing best comfort level in making decisions. Real customer Par-Pr. More

Exceptional experience I have purchased several vehicles from dealerships and individuals over the years. My experience with this dealership was a refreshing change from I have purchased several vehicles from dealerships and individuals over the years. My experience with this dealership was a refreshing change from previous dealership experiences. I have always dreaded buying a car and all the associated BS that comes with it in a dealership. Toyota if Dallas was different, I made my deal quickly (after much research) and went to finance (where deals are lost). I told the finance manager I did not want any extras, he asked if he could review them with me anyway as he was training a new finance person. I agreed to that request, he went over everything and did not pressure me to buy any of it. It took longer to print each form and sign than the entire finance explanation. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from here. More
RE:Did not contact Toyota Financial to inform car was traded Sent from my iPhone On Aug 13, 2017, at 12:08 PM, patricktayana@yahoo.com wrote: Mr. Darren Dortch, This email is in reference to my new ca Sent from my iPhone On Aug 13, 2017, at 12:08 PM, patricktayana@yahoo.com wrote: Mr. Darren Dortch, This email is in reference to my new car purchase (07/01/2017) and return of my 2015 Toyota Prius lease. When I was at Toyota of Dallas on July 01,2017 it was made clear by Sam Albalouli that there were 8 months of lease payments remaining on my Prius. Earlier that day during the negotiation process, my husband and I were asked by Yazan Albalouli how many more months are there left on the lease? I replied I believe 6 months but don't hold me to that. We figured since Yazan is a professional he would have looked that information up prior to the start of negotiations. He didn't. After agreeing on final price and after I signed your internal document ( which you should have a copy of) Sam Albalouli came to us and said "you actually have 8 months left on your lease, this now changes the final payout thus the monthly payment will have to increase to reflect the payout of lease." I asked why didn't Yazan look that information up prior to start of negotiation, he's the professional not me, in addition I didn't know how many more months I had left. In any event, I agreed on the increase in my monthly payments to reflect the accurate payoff for the remaining amount on the Prius lease. Several weeks later I received the July statement for the Prius. I called Toyota Financial Services, they informed me that they had no record of the Prius being traded in. I called Yazan as well as Sam, to find out what's going on. I had no luck reaching either by phone even after leaving multiple messages. I contacted Toyota corporate, spoke with Nicki Oliver, she attempted to reach both gentleman via three way conference call, but resorted to leaving a message with both men. Even after she identified herself as by name and title and stating she's calling from Toyota Corporate, the receptionist simply placed her on hold, twice. Ms. Oliver stated on her voicemail message, to both men, that there's no documentation that the Prius was returned, such as odometer disclosure statement. Although, she did see that someone from the dealership pulled up the final payoff amount. She requested that this be resolved immediately. I have been out of town on business, I returned home late last night. Going through my mail I came across a bill from Toyota Financial Services dated July 25, 2017 stating that my total remaining payment due on lease is $3,596.53? Is this some sort of joke? Is your dealership not supposed to take care of this? In short Sam Albalouli increased my monthly payments to reflect the remaining lease payoff on the Prius, he then failed to contact Toyota Financial Services to inform them that the Prius was traded in; in addition I receive a final payoff bill for which I am responsible for! This leads me to believe that there's something very inappropriate going on. I will be contacting Nicki Oliver first thing tomorrow morning (Monday August 14) to sort this fiasco out. I am requesting a copy of your internal document that was passed back and forth between your management team and me. The document will reflect change in payoff amount as well as increase in monthly payment to cover the remaining payment due on the Prius. If need be I will retain counsel to resolve the issue. I will not pay $3,596.53 to Toyota Financial Services (for the remaining lease payoff) as well as in monthly payments for next 72 months, which is reflected on "your" internal document that I signed. You can either re-write the contract and decrease my monthly payments to reflect the $3,596.53 or you can pay the amount off. We have purchased our last four vehicles Toyota of Dallas. We recommended Toyota of Dallas to both our son and our very good friend as they both fell in love with my RAV4. I can promise you that following this experience that is no longer the case. This has brought undue stress that no one wants to go through. Looking forward to your response back. Sincerely, Tayana Patrick Sent from my iPhone More
