Worst experience. Most of the people here are liars. Poor Customer Service This was our eighth Toyota purchase and the worst sales experience yet. My wife and I have never dealt with the level of disorganization, disregard to This was our eighth Toyota purchase and the worst sales experience yet. My wife and I have never dealt with the level of disorganization, disregard to time management, and general lack of attention to detail. I began communication with the sales agent at 9:00 am and ended our communication at approximately noon with confirmation of full intent to purchase. Not being able to leave until 5 hours later, and after driving in excess of 2 additional hours to the dealership, it was an additional 2 hours before our vehicle was ready for release (after 9:00 pm). The one positive is I finally got the vehicle that I wanted. More

Wow. Great experience with sales and finance. Dealt with Derek over the phone to negotiate a lease deal on a 2020 Highlander XLE and got a GREAT deal. Derek was diligent in working numbers and even beat out Derek over the phone to negotiate a lease deal on a 2020 Highlander XLE and got a GREAT deal. Derek was diligent in working numbers and even beat out another offer when the other dealer said it couldn’t be done. He followed up on every request we were looking for and was STRAIGHT UP about what was workable and what was not.
