When I picked up my vehicle, Bryan assisted me in connecting my phone to my car and then thoroughly explained all of the options. Without pressure, he walked me through the different options for Toyota SUVs - he assessed our family's needs and what we were looking for in a car and helped us to choose the Highlander we ultimately chose. We have - actually - always bought our Toyotas at another dealership up near Boston, but after our experience with Joe Ferreira in Sales at Toyota of Dartmouth, as well as with Jim Cappalli in the finance department and with Tom Menchi in service, this is the dealership we will return to when we go to replace our Tacoma next year, and whenever we buy a car in the future.
