We went through the options and she located a car from a near by dealer, which already had few extras like roof cross bar, mud guard etc. Re-negotiated a reasonable price for the options, and the following day, I bought the car. All through emails and phone. I was pleasantly surprised as there were no other sales pressure, no additional hidden fees. Then Lisa took over to complete the rest of the process. She was very friendly to work with. As we were out-of-state buyers, she kept us informed about the proceedings and was very responsive. Before we took the delivery, she spent closer to 20-30 minutes to go through every features of the car. Patiently answered all the user (dumb) questions. She made sure that we left the parking lot as a happy customer. Not to forget, their Finance Manager Jason was another awesome person to work with. He did the paper work and sent them by FedEx (paid by Dartmouth to and fro) over to CT for my signature. Great Service. I really wish all other Toyota dealers are like this. An open, candid and straightforward transaction. No playing games. Overall, I am really glad that I found this dealership, now I am going to direct all my friends over to Toyota of Dartmouth! More

Toyota of Dartmouth is an outstanding dealership. I went elsewhere (Toyota of Watertown). Ever since Chris Zammito took over this dealership, the service has been nothing less than excellent. They bend over backwards to make things work for their customers and their support of local environmental organizations, especially those dealing with children's education, has been extraordinary. I cannot speak highly enough of this outstanding organization. Our family has had three Toyotas serviced there...every single time the service was excellent and the price very fair. I certainly plan to purchase my next vehicle from them. More

Sherry and Eddie were wonderful! They got me the car I wanted at a very reasonable price. I found the finance person to be rather condescending (despite my excellent credit rating) and pushy. I visited this dealership simply because I had work done on my vehicle and found the service department to be exceptional. Unfortunately the motivation, willingness to work with the customer does not exten on my vehicle and found the service department to be exceptional. Unfortunately the motivation, willingness to work with the customer does not extend to the sales department. It seemed as if I was bothering them and that they much preferred to talk amongst themselves. I spent little time there mostly because the salesman told me "bad news", the offer for my trade in was very low and I should run my current vehicle into the ground. I left very disillusioned. I like the Toyota as well as Honda's. When I brushed myself off and decided to visit another dealership the experience was totally different; positive. I worked with the salesperson, finance manager and internet sales person. They worked hard and as a result I purchased a new vehicle. Got almost double for my trade-in. They took the time where Dartmouth made it clear they couldn't be bothered. GO TO SILKO HONDA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Never have I been lied to as badly as I was at Toyota of Dartmouth. I could fill 3 pages telling the whole story. Through the years I have bought both new and used cars at this dealership.....NEVER AGAIN. B Dartmouth. I could fill 3 pages telling the whole story. On another note, their service department is top rate and I have no problem letting them service my toyota. We were cash customers and I bought a Seqouia Limited at Toyota of Braintree....people were great. More
let me start off by saying i went there because my friend worked there selling cars. hoping he could give me a better deal he made it 10x worse. he totaly sold me a car that was way over priced. he could hav worked there selling cars. hoping he could give me a better deal he made it 10x worse. he totaly sold me a car that was way over priced. he could have been honest with me an said that the car he was selling me wasn't worth the money i was buying it for. once the deal was all said and done i told him i wanted the owners manual and he said it would take 3 months to come in due to it being back ordered. on a 2006 model...i don't think so....but i waited the 3 months and gave him the benefit of the doubt. went back a few times within those few months just to ask if it was in and it wasn't. so said that was fine and went on with my day. after that 3rd month went by and it still wasn't in i was upset and went to the parts department with my brother who had worked there as a mechanic years past. he asked if he had any owners maunals in stock for that vehicle and he said actually i do. this one has been sitting here for 6 months. so ill let you be there decider on weather they care about you after the sale or not... another quick story was my drivers seat was LOOSE and i tried to tell them but thay said that was a normal characteristic of the car. so i asked to sit in another vehicle it happened to be the same model as mine same color and everything...sure enough it didnt do it. so they had no choice but to fix it....and they did. More
