Won’t be returning here for service in the future, even though I purchased car from them. Scheduled a service appt online for 7:00 am. Simply an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change price on their serv though I purchased car from them. Scheduled a service appt online for 7:00 am. Simply an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change price on their service website was $74.95 and tire rotation was $24.95. When my wife got there, they said oil change was over $130 and if I wasn’t purchasing new tires, the tires don’t need to be rotated. She showed them the price on their website and they said that price wasn’t the full synthetic oil price and that’s what I needed. They agreed to the website price and said they would rotate the tires. When I saw invoice, they charged $98.00 for the oil change and never touched the tires. Said they rotated them, but the wheels were a bit dusty and there was not a fingerprint, or any disturbed dust on any of the wheel rims. Even worse, this service took over 2-1/2 hours to complete, while my wife waited for it! Unacceptable in my book. Might have gotten over the price issue, but I can’t get over the lying about performing a service that they clearly did not. Especially when it was specifically requested, Won’t be returning to this place! More

I had my Corolla serviced twice recently at Toyota of Deerfield Beach. Phillip was my service advisor and was super professional and able to explain the issues with my car so that I could easily underst Deerfield Beach. Phillip was my service advisor and was super professional and able to explain the issues with my car so that I could easily understand each issue's importance in choosing which repairs to make. He was considerate and went out of his way to help me with Lyft rides home while my car was being fixed. The dealership is overall extremely friendly and professional and offers a very clean space to wait or just to come in and out. I felt my car would be handled with expertise.
