After going through the process of buying and trying to give adequate time to Deerfield Toyota to fix the issues with the recent purchase, Deerfield Toyota has still not fixed an issue with the rear left t give adequate time to Deerfield Toyota to fix the issues with the recent purchase, Deerfield Toyota has still not fixed an issue with the rear left tire on my vehicle not holding air and is ghosting me once again. It started with an oil leak within one month of owning the truck. Avoid Deerfield Toyota all together if you can, because now I’m being told that because my truck was preowned that means it’s okay for Toyota of Deerfield to put an unsafe vehicle on the road. Additionally, my sunroof got stuck open after only opening the roof less than 3 times. Mauricio the desk manager is extremely unprofessional and says he will not repair the vehicle and claims the tire is fixed and holds air. The slow leak is still present. At Deerfield Toyota, you will be taken advantage of and ignored if you have a problem with it! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and I will attach a reference to the claim on this review so that future prospective customers can avoid this dealership More

Very poor service on my last visit. Unfriendly staff, dirty handprints on the white upholstery inside the car, dirty film in the interior from the workers, which I had to clean myself. Did not wash my car after service. Left residue on rims after new tire install. The price was good, but the service could’ve been much better.
