I am very disappointed in the management. . Bought a new 2025 Camry, I told them no add-ons to the contract, yet they added $8500 in add-ons. They refused to fix it the next day until I explai . Bought a new 2025 Camry, I told them no add-ons to the contract, yet they added $8500 in add-ons. They refused to fix it the next day until I explained to them, better check my finance paperwork, it doesn't have my signature.. Then they the began helping me out. They said they canceled the first loan paperwork, but yet I received paperwork from the lender with the payment schedule. I went back to Toyota and they finally cancelled that loan, had me sign new paperwork. 1 month later they still havent processed the new loan, per Darren, a finance manager. He lied to me and said the problem was they were having trouble paying off my trade in. That's funny because it was a 2009 camry with a clear title. So I wouldn't trust a word from them. BTW the car is awesome, the mpg is great. But beware when you deal with this dealer. More
