My experiment with my service appointment today was not a good one. The initial time given to me was that my car would be ready in “about an hour”. That hour turned into over two and half hours. The worst part about it was I was one of many service customers in the same boat, and NO ONE gave us any updates or explanations to why everything was running so late. When I finally approached my service guy, he acted like nothing was wrong. I hope this type of experience is a one time thing. Otherwise I won’t be a Toyota Deerfield customer for much longer. More
