First time dealing with service department at Toyota Deerfield, I met Manny. I had told him of a less than favorable experience at another Toyota location. He treated me like a VIP customer, from the Deerfield, I met Manny. I had told him of a less than favorable experience at another Toyota location. He treated me like a VIP customer, from the very moment we interacted. My service was for a recall item. He ordered the part, called to advise the part arrived and promptly arranged to have the vehicle scheduled. Done right and on time as promised. Very pleased. Compre una Toyota Tundra 2019 nueva y resulta que tenía una raya en la puerta , me convencieron que la comprara y después ellos reparaban la raya , finalmente la compre y la traje y no la repararon si no s una raya en la puerta , me convencieron que la comprara y después ellos reparaban la raya , finalmente la compre y la traje y no la repararon si no solamente le pusieron encima una pintura , quedó peor, hablé con quien me vendió la tundra y lamentablemente no se puede hacer nada , el que decide se llama Marcos y es un falta de respeto, me dijo que ellos no la reparaban , me siento decepcionado compre un vehículo usado o de DEMO posiblemente y me engañaron, mientras este este señor Marcos les recomiendo no vengan a comprar aquí, los vendedores son muy buenos pero el que está de jefe vende bajo engaño.
