New car Started my search online and was connected to Angel Russell who was great getting me a No haggle price. Then handed me off to Kyle at dealership in D Started my search online and was connected to Angel Russell who was great getting me a No haggle price. Then handed me off to Kyle at dealership in Deerfoeld beach. He was Great..he priced out a few vehicle's i was interested in and then we made a deal. All the staff was great. My Wife has had her car in for service and also said the service department was Great. The only thing i would say i did not like was how long of a wait there was for a finance person to do the paper work. It was a good hour wait. We will definitively buy another vehicle from Deerfield Tpyota. More

Rude service advisor I bought my car at this dealer six years ago and been going there for service ever since. Today I took my car for service and to check some concerns I bought my car at this dealer six years ago and been going there for service ever since. Today I took my car for service and to check some concerns that I have. After the service man, Michael Zaremby, gave me a list of the problems and a quote to fixed it I got in touch with my husband who is out of town. He said to let it stay until he return so I told the service advisor to just do the oil change and fix the tire leak. After a while I thought about it and called my husband and convinced him to let them fix the other issues because I’m going out of town next week with the vehicle and I don’t want any problems. He agrees so I went to the service advisor and tell to go ahead and fix everything except for one that he said wasn’t a major problem. After the service was completed I paid and headed to my vehicle. I noticed two long scratches on the back passenger side door which was facing my direction. I never seen those scratches before so I took a closer look and notice it was fresh. I went back inside and told the service advisor to come and see the scratches,which he did. The first thing he said “Those scratches was already there and your vehicle has scratches all over it anyway and it was repainted.” Which is not true. He then offered to have someone look at the camera to inspect the vehicle. I waited for almost an hour and Raakhi Shingadia come back to say she didn’t see anything but she will look some more and call me tomorrow. I explained to her that I didn’t like the service advisors comments when I showed him the scratches. I walked over to his with to let him know that I didn’t appreciate his comments and that what he said didn’t have anything to do with the scratches in question. He went on to say I was by my vehicle long before I came back to inform him of the scratches. So he is insinuating that I put the scratches there. I don’t know why I would want to scratch my own vehicle. I’m very upset about this and not sure if I ever want to go back there. More
