Overall the staff appear to put customer's concerns first. It is easy to make appointments either online or by phone. I enjoy getting my car washed when I get service - I bought it there. It WAS disappointing to wait 1-1/4 hours for a diagnosis of my "check engine" light. This seems excessive. Yes, they performed a (unrequested) 26-point inspection during this time, topped off fluids, checked tires, etc., but that is not why I made an emergency Sunday afternoon appointment! I would have appreciated being told in advance that diagnosis could take that long. On a previous visit I had a very good impression of sales staff when I expressed interest in a particular vehicle. I have bought 2 vehicles at Deerfield Beach Toyota. More

5,000 mile check Service department was friendly and helpful. Finished with my car in 50 minutes and that included car wash. Frequently told me stays of my car. The very educated secretaries did not know what to tell me anymore, since I had given him my message since the first time I called. I made my complaint straight to your boss. When I delivered the car, it just gave me the key without explaining what was done and without any documents. I really was disappointed. Thanks More
