Went for regular maintenance, brake pads and oil change, and they informed me I needed a n Everyone there is top notch and all about customer service. Went for regular maintenance, brake pads and oil change, and they informed me I needed a new gasket. Explained why and how much it would cost. They even did a few small things for free to offset the extra cost. Everything they do is fully explained so you feel comfortable with what you’re getting done. Will definitely go back when needed. Way too long of a wait and overpriced I arrived at the dealership service center at 9:40am for regular oil change, rotation of the tires, and front breaks to be replaced. After checking I I arrived at the dealership service center at 9:40am for regular oil change, rotation of the tires, and front breaks to be replaced. After checking I was told that the back breaks needed to be replace as well. After 4hrs1/2 of waiting, I ended up spending $501.29 instead of my inticipation of no more than $300 spending with no time to wait for the complimentary carwash because I was already running late to my next appointment. At 2:20pm I asked to just forget the carwash because I waited long enough with no more time to spare. I think I am officially done with doing business with this overpriced and long wait for service car dealership. This experience has totally changed my mind on getting another Toyota for my new 2020 car. More

Fly in drive out My salesman was good. Very knowledgeable. He picked me up at airport and brought me to dealership. What I was disappointed about was that paperwork wa My salesman was good. Very knowledgeable. He picked me up at airport and brought me to dealership. What I was disappointed about was that paperwork was not ready. They took my card # for a deposit so they knew I was coming to get it. Like I said they picked me up at airport. Everything was "one more thing". I've never had a dealer make me add insurance before I left. Then, they did not put my 30 day tag on the car or give it to me so I could put it on. They dilly-dallied around so much that they didn't even give me copies of the ppwk to prove I just bought the car. When I got home 8.5 hrs later and discovered the issue, now I can't get anyone to handle the problem or send me what I was supposed to have. More
