I have been to many dealerships including Orlando that have either given me the runaround or tried to convince me to have unnecessary work or servicing done. I have never encountered that at this location and the main reason I keep coming back. More

I request a call back from the General Manager This review is rated ZERO BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE MANAGER BEHAVIORS. I was promised a service by one of his staff and HE WOULD NOT MEET WITH ME TO OFF This review is rated ZERO BECAUSE OF THE SERVICE MANAGER BEHAVIORS. I was promised a service by one of his staff and HE WOULD NOT MEET WITH ME TO OFFER AN APOLOGY OR OFFER THE SAME SERVICE I WAS OFFERED!!!!! Unfortunately, I’m in the proses to contact Toyota Janpan and USA. It an acceptable to tell a customer that he should have a conversation with service staff about my car witch is under warranty!!!! More

outstanding Customer Service I was greeted by Frank, who knew my name when I pulled up. He was very kind, even engaged in friendly conversation outside of the car.
