Just purchased our third new car at this dealership We have now purchased three cars from this dealership and have NO complaints. Our salesman, Chambliss ("Cham") Washington was very pleasant to work We have now purchased three cars from this dealership and have NO complaints. Our salesman, Chambliss ("Cham") Washington was very pleasant to work with, both before the sale and after. He knows his cars and their features. We traded in a new Lincoln MKZ Hybrid that we had owned for two months...on the new 2018 Camry XLE Hybrid. The Camry has so many features that the Lincoln hadn't a clue about, and the ride is much better. Cham has follow up with us in scheduling things - since the car was purchased soon after Hurricane Irma, and as you would expect things were a bit crazy as far as scheduling 'extra' things (i.e. window tint). We are very happy with the new car and we will return to this dealership again when it's time to buy another Toyota product... maybe the Prius Prime??? Whether you're looking for a new or used car...we highly recommend that you ask for Cham. Our only issue is with the person who checks your tires for correct pressure (nitrogen- so I can't do it myself) ...this person had no idea that the green cap indicated nitrogen and before I saw what he was doing - he had put air in 3 of the 4 tires... the service department then had to take the car to the back and remove all air and re inflate with nitrogen... the same person had almost done the same thing to my Prius a couple of weeks before... More
