Stay Away, they are liars. If no stars were possible, That's what I would give them. They are liars. I came in with pre approved financing from capital one. And Dwight Flatt lied and said that capital one changed the deal and required a bigger down payment. I called capital one when I left that dealership and they said the deal they offered me was still the same with no money down. He also told me that I have to wait a year before I can refinance and that was another lie. I bought the car in January at 14% apr and refinanced with capital one in June at 7% apr, the exact original deal they offered me in January. He sold me an extended warranty for $800 dollars even though the car I bought had a factory warranty and they both expire at the same time. I have called and asked for a refund for the skylink service and no one has ever called me back, that was three weeks ago. My next complaint is going to the state attorneys office. More
