The service person was okay, but the actual service to the car was terrible. When the car was returned to me it made a terrible noise. My appointment was late in the day so the service person had left. Th the car was terrible. When the car was returned to me it made a terrible noise. My appointment was late in the day so the service person had left. They called him back in to fix my problem. I was only getting an oil change and a tire rotation. Someone from service took it to the service area and returned 20 minutes later. I’m not a mechanic but I suspect they forgot to put oil in the car. I’m pretty sure if I would have driven the car home it would have overheated or seized. More

I came to purchase a new Sienna van. The sales person Joel was great. When it came time to finalize the deal, general sales manager Chris was involved. He promised to add rubber floor ma The sales person Joel was great. When it came time to finalize the deal, general sales manager Chris was involved. He promised to add rubber floor mats to the deal at no additional cost. Rubber mats had to be ordered because they weren't available at the time of purchase. I was also told that the carpet mats weren't sent with the car to the dealership by Toyota so they would need to be ordered as well. I received the call from Joel that mats came in. I went back to the dealership to pick up the rubber and carpet mats. I was only given rubber mats and was told that the carpet mats weren't ordered because I was given the option at the time of sale to get either rubber or carpet mats and I chose rubber. This is not true since Chris promised to include both carpet and rubber mats. Joel also told me that new cars don't come with carpet mats and that's an additional cost. Chris wasn't available so I went home. I was promised a callback from Chris and he didn't call me back. I was definitely lied and mislead. This is a 4th car purchased from this dealership and I never had any issues until this purchase. More
