Do not honor true car price I just left the car dealership. Joyce and Daniel we're dealing with me. VERY DISAPOINTED !!!! NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION !!!! I usually don't post, but this IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! I went there with the firm intention to buy a car (Prius 2015 I usually don't post, but this IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BUYING A CAR!!! I went there with the firm intention to buy a car (Prius 2015) during Toyotathon day supposedly their big saving day. I had done my research prior, and that vehicle was listed at the same price prior the event. Everything went well until I tried to negotiate the trade in value of my car. There is absolutely no room for negotiation what so ever!!! (As stated also on previous reviews) They didn’t even try to work out the price. Even worst one of the Manager Peter, after 3 hours, supposedly has offered to trade my car for a better price but at the same time, took all the discounts out on the car that was supposedly on sale!!!!! Who are you trying to fool???? Give yourself a favor and don’t waste your time, take your business somewhere else. DO NOT GO TO TOYOTA DEERFIELD BEACH!!! More
Worst Sales Person Ever (Carlos) Worst experience ever with Carlos, his assistance Ana and at that time a manager called Elvis. The day after I picked up my car, I realized I didn't have the spare key neither the car manual which I called Carlos right away. He kept insisting that I took the key with me and I kept telling I never took the key. This situation went on for 2, almost 3 stressful months, until I decided to stop by at the dealer for the last time before taking further actions. Luckly this new lady, Mary Anne, was there replacing Elvis, since he was gone, and she found my key. I felt extremely relieved that finally I had my stuff but also felt extremely upset and angry that Carlos and his team put me through that just because he was too lazy to look for it. Of course when I was in the process of buying the car, he was the nicest and most attentive sales person ever, but once the deal was done, he was the worst ever. I would recommend the dealer but stay away from Carlos. More

This by far best experience I have had leasing car. paul was responsive via phone/email and text messages. he always had time for my questions and here is the key - he handled things quickly and efficiently. We exchanged documents BEFORE I got to the dealership - so once I got there signing the documents was a mere formality. I recommend Paul and Toyota of Deerfield Beach without reservation! Our truck is AWESOME and we got a GOOD deal!! I walked into Toyota of Deerfield yesterday at 2pm without an appointment - after having been jerked around and treated poorly by Phil Smith Toyota of I walked into Toyota of Deerfield yesterday at 2pm without an appointment - after having been jerked around and treated poorly by Phil Smith Toyota of Vero Beach and I was greeted warmly by Gregory Linton and Peter Bailey. I told Gregory that I was looking for a 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport - black with a moonroof. He didn't laugh at me, or simply send me away with a sleazy car dealer brushoff - No, Gregory took me around the dealership as we hunted for the elusive Tacoma and while we walked he explained to me that the 2016s were hard to find and most people were pre-ordering those vehicles with the specs they wanted and they were backed up all the way to December - but we were gonna try to find one anyway. We walked around the corner and to his surprise, a truck had come in just that morning - Metallic Silver - 2015 Tacoma TRD Sport - no sunroof - but it was a beautiful truck. It had been used as a Demo Truck at a truck show and it was just as much a surprise to him that the beaut was there. We rushed over - checked it out - it was sitting beside a white TRD Sport - which I knew I didn't want white - and there was another couple checking out both of them. Thankfully that couple decided on the white one and I told Gregory that we needed to lock down that silver one. So we went inside and started the grueling process of getting approved for a vehicle. I walked in with a pre-approval and a trade in - but now the haggling had begun. This is when Peter steps back in the picture. Both gentlemen held a calm demeanor - which isn't typical for a dealer that really wants to sell a car. They either dismiss you immediately or they sleazebag you with 10 different bait and switch offers until you are so confused that you forgot what you really wanted in the first place. Thankfully, I am no rookie. Peter and I discussed all the various line items that we could negotiate on and we came to a deal that we could both live with. During this process, Gregory moved that truck from location to location around the property and let every other salesman know that this truck was sold - because there were about four other people checking out this truck! But I told Gregory not to let anybody else get it and he absolutely made sure of it! My husband showed up around 6. We finalized the deal we were going to take and by 9:40pm we left that dealership as owners of a brand new 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport with tons of bells and whistles. The dealership is beautiful with a gorgeous saltwater fish tank - free cappuccinos - comfortable seating - they even let me charge my phone and use a computer at an empty desk. These guys were nothing but welcoming and friendly the whole way through. As a woman, it is difficult to walk into a dealership and be taken seriously - but right off the bat, these men recognized that I was knowledgeable and could negotiate with the best of them and they treated me with the utmost respect. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for not just a great vehicle, but outstanding customer service from start to finish. Even when we finally got into financing to sign our paperwork, Domingo was gracious to stay way past closing to finish everything up and he was patient and kind the whole time. And our truck is AWESOME and we got a GOOD deal!! More
