NIce, professional people and a beautiful facility I went to Toyota of Deerfield Beach purchase a Tacoma 4x4 truck. It was pre-ordered. At the dealership, Bonnie Shaffer handled all the paperwork and I went to Toyota of Deerfield Beach purchase a Tacoma 4x4 truck. It was pre-ordered. At the dealership, Bonnie Shaffer handled all the paperwork and organized the preparation of the vehicle. It went really quickly. Bonnie was really well prepared and I appreciate it. My truck was ready to go, in a beautiful air conditioned presentation area in perfect condition, Bonnie explained every part of the truck, five minutes with the finance man to sign and away we went. Adding Dwight Flatt with his excellent customer service, very friendly, down-to-earth and assists in any way he can. They even helped me to retrieve my glasses that I forgot in my trade-in car after business hours.This is my very 1st Scion and I love the TC Release Series 9.0 model . And dealing with Veruska in Finance was a smooth and easy transaction. I suggest when you are in the market for a Toyota or Scion, you call Toyota Deerfield Beach and ask for Bonnie or Dwight. The day of the appointment he was waiting fo I got in contact with one of the sellers (Craig Sabarese) at deerfield toyota looking for a 4runner 2015. The day of the appointment he was waiting for me, great attitude, well manner, honest and a family oriented guy. We sat and discuss the price, with in 2 hours we had finally set a price in my new truck. I also had a trade in car, we also came up with the right number really fast. If you looking to buy a car this is the guy to call. I never felt any pressure that i had to buy a car today, he gave me the best options and also spoke the truth at all times. very very excellent experience.
