Best purchase experience ever. Found a used car online using the USAA car buying service and entered my name and phone number. within 20 minutes i received a phone call from Joyce C Found a used car online using the USAA car buying service and entered my name and phone number. within 20 minutes i received a phone call from Joyce Cole telling me the vehicle was still available. so we rushed over to dealership and met up with Joyce who introduced us to Jeannie Belgrave and took the vehicle on a test drive. The car ran great!!! so immediately we sat down and discussed all the numbers and came to an agreement on the final price out the door. It all went so smooth got an excellent deal on the car. So she advised us to leave the car so it can be cleaned and serviced since they had just got the vehicle in on a trade in. Later on that day we get a phone call from Jeannie telling us the vehicle is ready so we went to pick it up and oh my it looked like a new car!!!! the guys who prepped the car did and EXCELLENT job and also the service department on final inspection. We got more than we expected and for the price i have no complaints whatsoever. The dealership is amazing and very clean and modern. love the coffee machines and their waiting area felt like i was at a coffee house.
