Wonderful Car Buying Experience As a Listing Agent Realtor who works 100% on referrals, I too was referred to Bonnie Shafer, a Certified Sales Consultant at Toyota of Deerfield Beach As a Listing Agent Realtor who works 100% on referrals, I too was referred to Bonnie Shafer, a Certified Sales Consultant at Toyota of Deerfield Beach, through close personal friends, Richard and Melissa Rizzo. I have to admit, I wasn't sure what experience I would have but was assured by my friends I would get the V.I.P. treatment and that's exactly what I got! From the moment I walked into the dealership, my family and I were made to feel like our business to them mattered. The salesman who greeted us at the door walked us in, sat us down and asked us if we wanted anything to drink while he went and got Bonnie for us. We weren't even there to see him and he too gave us the V.I.P. treatment! When Bonnie took over, she was incredible. The entire process went smoother than I ever anticipated it would, we got the car and price we wanted and were in and out in an hour and a half! We all loved that part! :) She took a picture of my family and I next to our new purchase, added my new car to my insurance policy and the last final surprise was she invited us to a customer dinner that happens once a month as a way to show their thanks. I mean, some of the things that they do that go above and beyond any car buying experience I've had, and I'm including Lexus and Lincoln buying experiences, blew my mind. The place is simply incredible and Bonnie Shafer showed her pride of representing Toyota and their brand. Finally, it was a pleasure to actually go into and F&I office because of the professional and courteous treatment we received from John Dearing, the Finance Manager. I unequivocally endorse Toyota of Deerfield Beach, Bonnie Shafer and John Dearing if you are thinking about buying a new or pre-owned car! You'll be happy you did! :) More
