Toyota of Deerfield Beach

Early experience a few years ago ...bolts were never tightened on a few bolts on all of the tires. I used my own torque wrench and found none of them to spec. Second poor finding about a year ago ... tightened on a few bolts on all of the tires. I used my own torque wrench and found none of them to spec. Second poor finding about a year ago ...opened the engine hood and found the mechanics rag laying on the valve cover. Third and last...oil changed, drove away and engine shut down. Pulled dipstick and no oil. They forgot to fill it. What's worse is they gave me a report of "comprehensive inspection" they made, which was obviously BS. They offered to sell me a new car (but not a good deal) and gave me a 100,000 mile engine warranty (only good at their dealership) that IMO wasn't worth the paper it was written on. I repeatedly asked for a letter stating that no engine damage occurred but they said they couldn't do that without pulling the engine apart (which they refused to do) After the engine was operated without oil the MPG on the car dropped significantly which makes me wonder what mechanical changes occurred. I bought another new car from a different dealer and also disclosed the issues with the car. At this point you're probably wondering why I gave them three chances. I wondering the same thing. More
