My 83 year old grandmother purchases a used vehicle from this location. She took it to her mechanic prior to completing the purchase and her told her the vehicle would need a new battery soon. She told the salesmen Jerry and she was told they would put a new one in for no cost. When she went back 6 weeks later after the battery actually died they told her she waited too long and they would not replace the battery. She tried speaking with the manager and she said he started screaming at her over the phone because he was made she was calling. She also was only given one set of keys and they said they would locate the 2nd set but that never happened. If you want to get ripped off and screamed at or you wan't your elderly and trusting loved one to be treated like crap go to these guys, apparently they are really good at that. More

I was treated like family from the time I arrived. I had brought my 2011 Highlander that had been leaking water onto the floor mats. Another South Florida dealership where I had purchased the car new tried brought my 2011 Highlander that had been leaking water onto the floor mats. At Deerfield Toyota the car was repaired, washed and Armorall applied to the tires while I waited, all covered under warranty. I will certainly return to Deerfield Toyota for service and my future new car purchases even though its much farther from home than Delray Beach. Thank you Deerfield Toyota! More

I have been to the service department two times now with appointments. Both times i have been their not one person would help me.
