I purchased a vehicle from this dealership on **February 28, 2025**, and almost immediately started experiencing serious mechanical issues. Within a week, I brought the car back due to severe engine vibration, possible alignment problems, and a broken backup camera. The service manager confirmed the issues and said they'd order the parts and call me back when a rental car was available. That never happened. I had to arrange my own ride with Enterprise, pay a $50 deposit (that I was never told about), and still had no clear timeline on repairs. When I picked up the car on **March 12**, I wasn’t given any explanation about what had been fixed. The check engine light came on immediately, and the car was shaking worse than before. After more back and forth with the sales manager and service team, I was finally given a Toyota rental—but only after multiple calls and complaints. Later, I found out (through my own calls to Alfa, where my car had been sent) that the vehicle needed a five-year service, a timing belt, spark plugs, and new rear brakes and rotors. Alfa told me they’d communicated this to the dealership, but Toyota only authorized a partial fix. When I finally got the car back again, it was still making noise. The brake rotors were replaced on **April 9**, but **less than a week later**, the check engine light came back on and the same engine tremble returned. To make matters worse, I requested to speak to the General Manager of the store and was told he would call me back on **April 13, 2025**. It’s now days later, and I still haven’t received a single call. This experience has been absolutely unacceptable. I’ve spent time, money, and energy chasing a resolution. I’ve missed work, paid for Ubers, lost sleep, and dealt with anxiety and stress—all because of a vehicle that was clearly not road-ready when it was sold to me. As a mother of two, I need a reliable vehicle. This car—and this dealership—have let me down at every turn. I’ve tried to be patient and reasonable, but the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability has been beyond disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I am still waiting on a meaningful resolution—and if I don’t receive one soon, I’ll be escalating this to corporate and seeking legal options. More

Customer service is unmatched. Aside from the vehicle being a Toyota and having the reputation of lasting beyond other manufacturers, this location is the best. Always greeted by a smile upon drive up, workers acknowledge your arrival, and you are not left in limbo forgotten. This time I had pleasure of speaking with Amanda over the phone. I checked in with Mia, who though she is busy with another customer, says “hello” and that she will get me as soon as she is finished. While waiting, previous reps I have worked with say “hi”. It is simply a nice atmosphere. The restrooms are clean, there is always seating and they have a great full service coffee machine (FREE) while you wait, ice cold water as well. What I really liked about this appointment was connecting with Lucas. Nice young man that I worked with when I first purchased vehicle 2years ago. He came up to me and asked how I was and if I was enjoying my Venza. You don’t often experience that level of engagement any longer, especially AFTER you buy the car. The staff continue to treat me just as kindly as when I was looking to purchase a vehicle. Got to see Michael as well upon leaving who returned vehicle to me. More
