I checked in with Mia, who though she is busy with another customer, says “hello” and that she will get me as soon as she is finished. While waiting, previous reps I have worked with say “hi”. It is simply a nice atmosphere. The restrooms are clean, there is always seating and they have a great full service coffee machine (FREE) while you wait, ice cold water as well. What I really liked about this appointment was connecting with Lucas. Nice young man that I worked with when I first purchased vehicle 2years ago. He came up to me and asked how I was and if I was enjoying my Venza. You don’t often experience that level of engagement any longer, especially AFTER you buy the car. The staff continue to treat me just as kindly as when I was looking to purchase a vehicle. Got to see Michael as well upon leaving who returned vehicle to me. More
