My 2021 Corolla went in for its 12month/10000-mile service in Jan 2022 (oil change / tire rotation). Picked car up it was parked along the curb. My wife took the car out and realized there was a large service in Jan 2022 (oil change / tire rotation). Picked car up it was parked along the curb. My wife took the car out and realized there was a large dent in the passenger side front fender. I reached out to Toyota to check to see if the dent was caused by the dealer and spoke to a representative who said she would review the surveillance cameras. I never heard back from her, and she was never available whenever I called. I reached out to Toyota who referred me to the dealer. I escalated with Toyota and they spoke to the dealer who was supposed to call me back. I haven’t heard a peep from the dealer except the periodic letters in the mail stating they are looking for late model used vehicles for which they will pay top dollar. Talking to that dealership is like talking to a brick wall. The damage to the car will cost me at least $1000 to repair. So much for the 2 years free maintenance! Do yourself a favor go somewhere else but if you must go here at least take pictures before / after your service. In 30+ years of car ownership I have never had this happen! More
