Service agents very dismissive and not a bit concerned with client's needs. Vehicle was ready and agent made me wait 30 minutes unnecessarily and when questioned gave an unapologetic response. Made me fee with client's needs. Vehicle was ready and agent made me wait 30 minutes unnecessarily and when questioned gave an unapologetic response. Made me feel like he was doing me a huge favor by being there. I will definitely spread the word about the poor service provided. I am a Toyota customer for almost 20 years and have purchased 3 vehicles at this dealership. Never again! More

Abysmal experience. Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. Didn’t get my car back until after 1:30. After 2 hours of waiting I ask my service advisor when I’ll see m Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. Didn’t get my car back until after 1:30. After 2 hours of waiting I ask my service advisor when I’ll see my car. Was told it was in the car wash and would have it shortly. Didn’t get it for another 40 minutes. Totally disgusted. Other dealerships offer complimentary soft drinks and snacks while you wait. Not this place. However they will gladly sell it to you. More
