I bought this 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. Carlos was the sales person and he was great. When I talked to him over the phone he mentioned all the additional costs associated with buying the ve Carlos was the sales person and he was great. When I talked to him over the phone he mentioned all the additional costs associated with buying the vehicle namely: Dealer fee, registration, some registration tax and then sales tax. I had to travel from Sarasota to look at this vehicle in Deerfield Beach. Once I checked it out and it was OK, Carlos brought me the new numbers from the sales department and he apologized about a new number that just showed up, almost $900, which was supposedly for the new tires and new break pads and other maintenance that they did to the vehicle. I decided that this was BS, given that there was no mention upfront about this change, plus it should have been added to the original number. Me and my wife were ready to walk out and then they cut the $900 in half. If I did not have to travel across the peninsula, I would have still walked out (out of principal), however because of the wasted time and gas, I decided to go along with the $450 additional cost. In addition there was a plastic nozzle for the wiper sprayer that was broken but they mailed me new ones. Finally the lady at the finance Ingrid, was also very nice and straight forward, no sugar coating of any kind. I recommend this dealer for the customer support, however as a buyer please be aware of other "hidden" costs that they might try to push on you. More
