I left my car to have the Zaktek paint protection applied for approximately 3 hours. When the job was finished I really don't know if the protection was applied because the car had fingerprints and stains al for approximately 3 hours. When the job was finished I really don't know if the protection was applied because the car had fingerprints and stains all over it, so they never washed it to apply the protection. The car has been new for 1 year and the paint has already fallen off, since I bought it I have had this problem. They tell me to put the protection I bought but I think they just wipe it with a rag and that's it. I also delivered my car with a mileage of 333 and they returned it to me with a mileage of 327, in other words, they used the equivalent of 6 miles of gasoline. I don't know if the car has to be turned on to install the supposed protection or if they had to take it out to verify that the protection was not installed. Very bad service and they always have excuses for the customer. More
