Have Toyota care , asked for 10k mile oil change, they didn't do it, waste of 3 hours. I wanted to do oil every 5k, was told by Frank , they only do it at 10 k, even after I said , I would pay for it, us didn't do it, waste of 3 hours. Brought back yesterday, saw Ryan, again put down I wanted oil done, not done, waste of a Saturday. Useless. More
