Was very unhappy with the service writer and service. at your dealership, just clueless! First of all, the writer couldn't answer hardly any of my questions about an oil change which is really poor? If that's what you hire people your in trouble, i asked for a tire rotation also, i asked him what kind of oil am I getting for the change full synthetic or synthetic blind? He had no clue what I was talking about. I was smart enough to go over to the parts department.And they explained to me what do I .I'm getting on my camry 2022, i also told him that they could track the tire pressure and the fluids, he was more interested in selling me. A package for $600 to check the tires and fluids and air pressure. And I was trying to explain to him that normally comes with an oil change, but he's an idiot, so he doesn't understand what's going on in this world. I also told the make sure it's thirty six pounds of air in each tire. Then I also asked if they could check the fluids. And the rest of the easy things they did not do the air, was not checked because it still wrong?But I will take it to a gas station and do it myself, i'm sure the fluid's werrant done either, Because of the tires ,weren't done why would the the fluids be checked. It's not right what you do Toyota to customs., by the way, the price wasn't the same as it was told to me over the phone. And what he charged me! I'm not happy with your xx service. I'm sure I won't be coming back. Anymore, for an oil change, an tire rotation. Which is really brainless. Service. More

The services is good, but the time is too long!
