they mislead me about the warranty coverage, i went there because i heard a noise coming from the wheel on the rear passenger side ,at my first visit about this problem they told me that my tire is "feather because i heard a noise coming from the wheel on the rear passenger side ,at my first visit about this problem they told me that my tire is "feathered", even took me to the garage to show me and advised me to buy new tires , since the tires didn't even reach a year i declined but the noise was still bothering me so i took it to another mechanic and surprise surprise , it was in fact the wheel bearing hub on the rear passenger side and just to make sure i took it to a third mechanic and after checking they too confirmed that is was the wheel bearing on the rear passenger side, i always kept the maintenance of my car in Toyota of Deerfield Beach i kinda trusted them so i went back to them and informed them of what the other 2 mechanics told me and that i needed them to check this problem and give me a quote and that's when i felt that they really didn't wanna do it maybe because i went there a bit late , it was 3 pm so i might understand that they wanted to go home but trying to talk me out of it was really unnecessary, they used arguments like "we have to replace all the tire you know ? so we can locate where the noise is coming from" and "the services manager need to take it for a ride so it might take some time" but when they realized that i'm willing to wait they agreed to take it so i genuinely thanked the guy and told him "thank you for you effort" and the guy laughed, it was really disrespectful , didn't say a thing just sat down and waited for their diagnostic, not even 20 minutes passed and he came back, it was quicker then he made me think, he told me that to replace the wheel bearing it's going to cost me $900 , when i asked about the warranty he told me it was no longer under warranty and that wheel bearing of the front are warrantied for 5 years but not the one on the back, it's only warrantied for 3 years which i discovered later on that it was COMPLETELY WRONG , ALL THE WHEEL BEARINGS AND HUB ARE WARRANTIED FOR 5 YEAR OR 60,000 MILES WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST, so since they gave wrong information and their price was extra high i went on and got the repair done in another mechanic but the noise was still present , only option left was the front wheel bearing so i got back to the toyota deerfield beach again relying on the information that they gave me about the front wheel bearing still under warranty but this time i ask them to make a diagnostic and check specifically all the wheel bearings and fair enough the one in the front needed to be replaced i ask about the one in the back driver side they told me it was fine and that to replace the one in the front i had to pay $1400 and they're willing to waive the diagnostic fee so i tell them that these parts where still under warranty and they refused to fix it , i called toyota customer support and after a whole month of back and forth calls they finally decided to fix it , took my car there , took them a whole day and when i got my car back i was still hearing the same noise, and guess what ? i found out that the wheel bearing hub on the rear driver side needed to be replaced too even though this dealership told me they made a diagnostic and didn't found anything wrong there , this was one of the worst experience i ever had and a last piece of advice, READ YOUR WARRANTY AND BE CAREFUL WHEN MAKING REPAIRS ON THIS DEALERSHIP , TOOK MY CAR HERE FROM DAY ONE, THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO DO MULTI POINT CHECK EVERY TIME AND FIX ANY PROBLEM IN MY CAR, THEY FAILED MISERABLY AT BOTH ,THEY EVEN FAILED TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM THAT I SPECIFICALLY POINTED TO MAKING IT EASIER FOR THEM BUT THEY CLEARLY DIDN'T FAIL TO TAKE MY MONEY. More

Clean and spacious. Reasonable wait time for the oil change for my car. Although my car is not a Toyota, they honored the coupon I had presented that said “Toyota models only”.
