First not blaming service gentlemen as he was very nice & said it’s policy. He said I’d get a free oil change next time. Brought in a coupon & was told they couldn’t use it because they gave me a discount said it’s policy. He said I’d get a free oil change next time. Brought in a coupon & was told they couldn’t use it because they gave me a discount on tire sensors which still cost $876 & wouldn’t take $20 coupon? Said they can’t give two discounts. Why email coupons? Have been going there for 10 years. Total I paid was almost $1,000. More

I will start with positives, Xavier was personable and the dealership was clean and comfortable. My car was washed and the exterior was very clean. . I came in for my 5,000 mile servicing but learned th the dealership was clean and comfortable. My car was washed and the exterior was very clean. . I came in for my 5,000 mile servicing but learned there was a recall that would add an extra hour to my servicing. I chose to do it. Two hours later I asked Xavier how much longer as he had estimated the wait to be an hour and a half to two hours. He went to speak with the service mechanic and returned saying they had not yet started the recall work and was happy to reschedule. I chose to continue to wait and my vehicle was ready an hour later. I was given my key fob and told my vehicle would be located “along the wall”. It was not. It took me a few minutes but I finally located it on another aisle. Upon entering the vehicle I noted a strong scent of gasoline. I immediately opened all of the windows to air it out. After starting my car I noticed the dashboard screen was not on my Home Screen, but rather, reflected various items to adjust. I had already left the dealership so called the service department for advice on returning to my Home Screen. The phone rang continuously so I finally hung up and tried again. After more than 20 rings I finally had the call answered only to be placed on hold. I finally figured out how to adjust the screen so ended my time “on hold”. More
I went to the dealership to get my free recall airbag for my Toyota Sienna van. They told me that they would give me a loaner car. 4 days later I went back after it was finished and they charged me $125 for my Toyota Sienna van. They told me that they would give me a loaner car. 4 days later I went back after it was finished and they charged me $125 for the car that they said was a loner. I wanted other things fixed on the van but the only thing they fix in the four days was the free airbag recall. More
