The appointment was made for Saturday, 9/11 @ 11:15 am. At 1 pm I was told I needed brake pads front and back. I said ok. At 4:30 I get a call from the advisor. I tell the service advisor I will be there i At 1 pm I was told I needed brake pads front and back. I said ok. At 4:30 I get a call from the advisor. I tell the service advisor I will be there in 10 minutes. He tells me once I am there at the service desk that my truck will be ready in less than 5 minutes and asks me to pay. I pay and wait, my service advisor disappears and 20 minutes goes by. I spotted the advisor out in the lot and he had to go by me to get back into his work area and I ask where is my truck. I am quite annoyed, he tells me he will go see why my truck is not ready. Another 20 minutes go by and I am furious so I go into the service area only to find my truck up on a ramp being worked on and the service advisor has gone home. Manny had lied and deceived me telling me my car was ready. He was more concerned about getting paid so he could close out and go home. After an hour and twenty minutes, I finally got my truck. I was the only person in the service area for at least 40 minutes. This is terrible customer service. I had to find a manager to speak w/, and Terrell Romero stepped in. He made it worse as he wouldn't come out to speak w/ me to provide any update, only leaving me to get more frustrated until my truck was complete. From the initial greeting to finally getting my truck, it was a very frustrating experience. I was told by Terrell that nothing could be done that night with my invoice and I am expecting to hear from him on Monday. I also realized that I was never given a copy of my multipoint inspection and at this point, I don't trust what was communicated, and did I really need the brake work? knew exactly what he was doing he tricked me into paying him, he wanted to close out his ticket so he could go home he lied and deceived me about my truck being ready. I give ( 5 stars ***** ) to TERRELL and Darren for addressing the situation they did the best they could to make this right. Because of their excellent customer service, I will go back to this dealership More

Consistently good service but I guess due to the holiday volume today communication wasn't as good as it usually is. Also masks not enforced among customers or staff so I wasn't comfortable waiting inside a volume today communication wasn't as good as it usually is.
