I was impressed with this dealership when they were a part of the King group and in fact purchased two cars during that time. Since 2009 on three separate occasions they lost out on my new purchase mainl part of the King group and in fact purchased two cars during that time. Since 2009 on three separate occasions they lost out on my new purchase mainly due to unrealistic pricing. Even when confronted with deals from other dealerships they refused to budge and as a result I purchased elsewhere while their cars sat on the lot. They have the distinction of being the last dealership I visited prior to purchasing a vehicle at another dealership. My most recent visit of service as part of the 2 years complimentary maintenance for a Toyota purchased elsewhere. It wasn't very much work to do for a 6 month visit other than checking the car and rotating the tires. I am dinging them one start since they estimated early afternoon but had the car ready in about an hour. It sounds petty to complain but I would have waiting at the dealership for an hour. It was also annoying having to provide the same set of information to the service representative that I provided on-line when booking the appointment. More
