I can only discuss my first time experience using the Toyota service. I like the idea of advisors. My advisor warmed up to me after my initial meeting. He was a little defensive probably beaten down by rude customers. I think Toyota is doing a great job but I can see ways to improve the experience without making a lot of adjustments. UT us the little things that make all the difference. I was told my cost would be 140 but it was only 90. That was an awesome surprise ! Will try them again. I love my 2012 Toyota Highlander ! More

Toyota of Deerfield Beach is one of the best dealers I’ve been to. The sales people and management are all very nice. I had a horrible buying experience at this dealership. Found the Tundra I wanted on their website and called to put a deposit down to hold it. The price on the website did not match the price when I went Found the Tundra I wanted on their website and called to put a deposit down to hold it. The price on the website did not match the price when I went in to pick it up as the website advertised the Tundra with a spray in bed liner, a bed cover, all weather TRD floor mats, and few other extras; however, these additional items were not included in the advertised price even though they were all listed on the website giving the appearance that they were included in the price. As such, when I went to write a check for the remaining balance, it was a few thousand dollars more than I was expecting. In addition, when I asked some basic questions about the Tundra’s features, our sales person handed me the 300 page owner’s manual and told me I could find the information in the manual. He went on to tell me that he doesn’t know much about the Tundras, but if I bought a Rav 4 he would be able to answer my questions. How about getting someone who knows the vehicles to represent the dealership in the transaction? Although the Tundra was advertised with all weather floor mats, they were not in the Tundra. My salesperson had to order them. Not only did he not know Tundras, he ordered the wrong floor mats. When the wrong floor mats arrived I called him to get it corrected he told me that the website was wrong and the Tundra should not include the floor mats. As such, he was not going to correct the issue. So I spent over $55,000 on a vehicle that was advertised with floor mats (a $160 option) and they are not going to make it right. To make matters worse, I had the dealership ship the Tundra to me. When it arrived it was supposed to have a temporary tag that I paid for. However, my “diligent” salesperson did not put the tag on the Tundra. As such, I did not have a license plate and had to drive the Tundra for almost a week before they sent the temporary tag to me. My recommendation, shop somewhere else and don’t waste your time with a dealership that does not care about its customer’s experiences. More
