Defintely not Covid-safe. My service agent wore his mask under his nose and there was no hand sanitizer in sight. If you expect us to use your pen to sign documents, please be so kind as to provide us with under his nose and there was no hand sanitizer in sight. It took over 3 hours for my service and then I had to wait another 10 minutes for the service agent to return so I could pay and leave. More
