The guy there I watch be extremely rude to the 2 customers in front of me. It took almost 4 hours instead of 2.5 hrs of what they said when they scheduled my appointment for my recall. Plus this one got under my skin.. their WiFi didn’t work!? It was listed and you could view it but it didn’t work!? I mean seriously? You make how much there? You building cost how much? I pay how much to get my vehicle serviced there? I had to wait almost 4 hours in a building that blocked most cell service. The least you could do do offer free WORKING WiFi! Manny is the MAIN REASON this got above one star! He deserves 10 stars. The rest of Toyota Deerfield deserves 1 at the most More

I bought four brand new TPMS from eBay and sent the car for the installation in a tire shop, the guy couldn’t fix the sensor light go off, brought to Toyota Deerfield Beach for a diagnostic, was charged $9 for the installation in a tire shop, the guy couldn’t fix the sensor light go off, brought to Toyota Deerfield Beach for a diagnostic, was charged $90 and the results: SENSORS NOT REGISTERING AND NEDDS 4 NEWS SENSORS UNABLE TO PROGRAM SENSORS Today brought the car in a shop that sells TPMS to check and he said all the sensors are fine and he was able to program and make the light goes off. Very disappointed with the service, on top of that waited for 3:00 hours. I have Toyota cars since 2007 always have brought the cars to service at dealership. Very disappointed! More

Deerfield Toyota is the only service center I have used in the past 17 years. I came in today, without an appointment and met with my service advisor, Manny.
