Manny has been my service advisor most of that time and I ALWAYS feel like he values me and is looking out for my best interests. He tells me exactly what is needed and never anything more. In fact, I had a coupon for some windshield wipers with a service and he told me the ones I had were fine and I did not need to replace them. Top notch staff here, I absolutely live them. More

I bought a RAV4 from them. The following day I heard an unusual sound. I returned to the dealer asking them to check it out. They told me that the car was ok even after I insisted there was something wrong unusual sound. I returned to the dealer asking them to check it out. They told me that the car was ok even after I insisted there was something wrong with the car. Since I had to return to work I left. I tried 4 times to have them fix the car, service said it's sales, sales said it's too late because warranty is over. I traveled overseas got stranded due to Covid. Six months later I am back to the US, of course same noise. Today I am told that it will cost $2,155 to repair what is wrong. I've left numerous messages, I have yet to get a phone call back. The worst dealership ever. I will return this lemon for sure. Who needs this kind of aggravation! More
