I called the dealership to ask about a recent advertised special and, from the point that my call was answered, we had one of the best dealership experiences in over 30 years of buying cars. Carrie Spears, our salesperson, listened to what we wanted at every step and made sure we got it. She knew the car inside and out, explaining and demonstrating the features very effectively. We were impressed with the level of technology and creature comforts in such a competitively priced vehicle. Carrie also understood the business side of the process. During negotiations, there was no running back and forth to the sales manager; when we needed to escalate, he simply joined the discussion. The final price, Incuding the trade in of our 2010 Corolla, was right in line with my expectations and below the advertised special. Throughout the process, we felt respected. During the meeting with the finance manager, we discussed additional options but, there was no pressure. We expressed our opinions on what we wanted and what we didn't want. That was one of the smoothest finance discussions I can recall. Prior to driving off the lot in our new car, Carrie made sure the Bluetooth phone connection was set up and walked me through a tutorial on how to use the features - all after the deal was done. Great after-sales service. We are glad we chose Toyota of Denton to look for a new car. We are even happier to have met Carrie, Alex, Roland, Ali and the rest of the team. More

The salesman and the finance manager who helped us with the purchased were both friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Nick and Harry were responsive and doing their best to find the "right" car for my wife. She had a specific color combination. Nick was going to drive 190 miles away to pick up the car for us in time for a New Year's Celebration. Harry and Nick were willing to go that extra mile to earn my business. I had contacted several Toyota Dealerships, The Denton Crew was the friendliness and worked hardest to earn my patronage. I highly recommend them! More

Disrespectful & Game Play Sad to say but some dealerships are just like this. Disrespectful comments such as: 1) "do we need to look at a lower priced vehicle?" making assumption I couldn't afford the Highlander. 2) "do you think your current vehicle will worth more next year than right now?" uh...duh, really? and 3) took them 5 asks by myself for them to return my current vehicles keys to me so that I could leave. The cherry on top was when they finally came back with my keys and brought the sales manager who refused to look me in the eye as well as not even shake my hand. Sales Manager (young gentlemen) simply stated we can't do business with you today and walked off. This was the same guy I overheard telling a husband that next time he comes to purchase a car, he should leave his wife at home because that it what he would do. Shocked! More
Very disappointed My husband and I wanted to purchase a used Toyota Camry. We did our homework and found a few at the Toyota of Denton as well as Toyota of Plano. We vi My husband and I wanted to purchase a used Toyota Camry. We did our homework and found a few at the Toyota of Denton as well as Toyota of Plano. We visited the Toyota of Plano and found a car we liked, but we saw virtually the same car online for the Denton dealership for about $1k cheaper. Knowing that it was a long drive to Denton, we called ahead to make sure they did in fact have the car we wanted and they confirmed that they had it on the lot. My husband and I drove 45 minutes to the dealership to find that they did not have the car. Rather, it was located in Tennessee. When we advised the salesperson that we had called ahead to confirm and were extremely disappointed, he offered very little remorse or apology. This dealership intentionally mislead us to get us out to their lot in Denton. We do not recommend this dealership. However, we do recommend the Toyota in Plano as we had a very pleasant experience with them. They did not play any games. They listened to our needs and sold us exactly what we wanted. Thank you Toyota of Plano for restoring our faith in the car-buying experience. More

A friend I work with suggested that I take my car to the service department at Toyota of Denton. I made an appointment and was provided a loaner car while they checked the issues I was having with my car. When I arrived I was greeted by Joe Roberts. He was incredibly kind and knowledgable. I felt confident that he understood what I was telling him and that he truly would make sure everything was taken care of. I recommend Toyota of Denton for car service, even if the car was bought elsewhere, they will still help. It makes me want to buy my next car at Toyota of Denton. More
Service on tires. I had a new set of tires installed on my Highlander at a tire shop, and my check air light came on, I checked the air pressures on my tires, and found I had a new set of tires installed on my Highlander at a tire shop, and my check air light came on, I checked the air pressures on my tires, and found nothing wrong. I drove to the dealership and told the Service Rep. Jose my problem. He advised that it might be the spare tire, He took my Highlander into the Shop, and a few minutes later came in to tell me that it was fixed. he told me that it was my spare tire low on air, they fixed it at no charge, I have not had any other issues but would expect them to be as nice and courteous as on the next visit.
